So once and for all, if you need data files for ID software games ports, just google for 'pub idgames idstuff <gamename>', and you'll likely have a bunch of sites and mirrors with needed files.
Sometimes, you'll only find a pc DOS exe, either to unpack the game, or to patch it to the newer version.
