I don't think I understand what you mean by flexible there.

> Something like NVDI - easy to install and manage, not next hybride!

To install fVDI you only need to copy a couple of files (FVDI.PRG, FVDI.SYS and whatever driver you're going to use).

Management is another issue, though.
I'm always happiest with a text based configuration file, so that's what you get in fVDI (with a built-in "mini-language" to enable you to manage any number of configurations via key-presses ;-).
It is possible to access most of the configuration parameters at run time too, for example using the fVDI ACC, and someone wrote a configuration utility a couple of years back.

What do you mean by "next hybride", by the way?

> And if FVDI would reach NVDI level then NVDI could be not necessary.

Personally, I haven't used NVDI for years, except when debugging fVDI.
But then, I haven't printed anything from my Atari:s since the mid '90s, or had any real need for vector fonts (they likely still wouldn't have been available if it wasn't for Standa Opichals)...

> I hope becasue good Atari OS need good VDI and with all advantages like ANTIALIASING too.

I've been using text antialiasing on PC's for a long time, of course, but I'm still amazed every time I start up ARAnyM and see it working in old Atari software. :-)
