CT2B - second revision of Centurbo 2, which was Rodolphe's major accelerator before the CT60. Produced in the late nineties, I got mine in '98.

It featured a 50mhz '030, bus boosted to 50/25mhz, DSP boosted to 50mhz, and EDO fastram from 16? MB to 128MB.

Yes, I've got one, (as well as a CT60). In general use, it was very compatible with most Falcy software, with one or two exceptions, such as Digital Tracker, or Digital Home Studio. You would want to steer clear of a lot of demos as well ;-) In the latter case, trial and error to see which ones work best on your specific setup.

For the stuff which refuses to run, it is switchable back down to a standard Falcy, switch is a hardware toggle switch.

In lieu of a CT60, it isn't a bad bet, being able to offer the chance to run some of the '060 orientated stuff, if a bit at the bottom end for performance. In some respects, like GEM screen stuff, it is superior to my CT60, which has a lower clocked bus. (At least until I get a graphics booster for it!)

As for uninstalling it, no idea, I prefer mine where it is!

Hope this helps...
