Hello, thanks for the info. Indeed I have a solderless installation, and it was working fine until the power supply blew.
I tried a new power supply, and I noticed that the CT060 seemed to turn on, but the fan on the PSU did not turn. Of course if the fan is not going I imagine the PSU would overheat very quickly. Perhaps in a matter of minutes? In anycase I have a suspicion that the problem may be with the Ram chip which I noticed was extremely dirty.
