Well a bad situation for sure, Czuba have charged money from his customers and spent them on cpu from a source that always looked a bit underground.
Solutions;
- repay the ct60 buyers their money they spent for the chip and send the ct60 alone (up to the user to buy his/her own chip).
- repay the buyers for both the chip and ct60.
- really try to get hold of that crook selling the chips and get a refund or get the chips.
As for what the community could do, how about helping him to find that bastard ripping him off? I know Paypal have some sort of warranty, and could perhaps help to track him ?
