Re: SD-RAM Question

Hello!

My CT60 is equipped with PC133 CL3 SDRAM, and I sometimes get illegal instruction exceptions and perhaps other kinds of errors when running my CT60 at 100MHz. At 66MHz it's much more stable, so I guess it has something to do with the SDRAM not coping with the CL2 that the SDR60 CPLD forces onto it at 100MHz.

Do you experience anything like this with your Crucial SDRAM? I'm trying to get hold of a CL2 SDRAM, but it's no fun having to buy a lot of SDRAM modules just for trying them out.

/Henrik
