Turning the caches off helps

I re-read the CT60 documentation, and found the *proper* way to switch off the cache ;-)

Falcamp has come back into the picture, and I think Aniplayer with DSP 'on' for music replay may well too.

Not sure if this is how they are supposed to be run, but it's not a life or death issue atm :)

Thanks for all your help, and I'll look and test a bit more thoroughly before hitting the panic button next time ;-)
