I noticed this in comp.sys NG too, so I would to ask you if you have the same problem: I can't use ct60 without nvdi in the stable way... that means unexpected system crashes not only in desktop, but for example in STOOP, too. I know some people have this problem (according to NG) and some for sure not (for example Xi).. really don't know how it's possible, me and Xi have exactly the same config (100 MHz, 25 MHz bus, same ABE & TOS) ... only thing I can remember is different SDRAM?? But this looks stupid to me.. When I use NVDI as first boot program (yeah, even before STOOP), it works well.
