sure it would, 060 is approx 50x50 so make sure heatsink is centered on top of 060 and that should do...
I don't expect ethernat will reach more than 2-3 mm behind the last ct60 expansion port pin pair (two rows of pinc on top of ct60 you can see)...
so, it would be wise to keep at least 7-9 mm distance from those pin rows just to be sure...
maybe, ethernat crew can give more precise details about the board size and position...
