well, use two compound thermal adhesive by zalman...It really holds the heatsink in place...If I remeber correctly the time required to dry is about 10 mins what means you'll have to keep the heatsink in desired place for that time ;)
after that it is really strong and you don't have to worry that the ehatsnk could fall on something :)
(I'm not sure that thermal sticker on the pic would be enough to convey the heat and keep the heatsink in place...)
