How large boot partion? <32MB recomended. I don't know why or when exactly. But with some IDE disks Falcons just doesn't boot from larger partion than 32MB. Although I've had IDE's with larger boot partion than that, sometimes it just refuses. It would be nice to know why, as it have had me puzzled more than once.

On CT60 the boot code is different, perhaps it helps booting from larger IDE partions?

Another idea, perhaps the disk is in SLAVE mode and that the normal TOS can't boot from that, while CT60-TOS can? Just a guess.
