yep, lower the clock, make sure you have proper heatsink and fan stuck with thermal glue/compound (crashes are ofthen if 060 is not properly cooled)...and maybe...check if it is a full model at all, just in case since there were cases of mismarked 060's :)
which program makes problems? did you try toggling fast ram bits?
