If you 'easyrider' the driver source it should be quite easy to reassemble it.
BTW, cant you retro fit Modem1 into the Falcon, because Modem1 comes from the 68901...
IIRC Modem2 shares the same port as the Lan port right? If this is the case then you should be able to use a hacked cubase lanport driver on Modem2. (I think you will just need to change the SCC registers/Interrupt vectors from PortA to PortB or vice-versa)
