The 'XIMG' code at the beginning of the Atari tes zone is a long like 'XBRA' but here it's a code for use a vector this vector can be used for call a routine (pictrure, demo, etc...) started with a black screen 320 x 240 x 65K.
The size is the cartridge size, just the base address is different.

The original TGA picture replaced by an XIMG picture has no link with this feature.
