I never bothered to update the tool for replacing bootimage to the new firmware versions.

Why? Well as I understand XIMG is rle compressed? That means the file doesn't have a fixed size and it's not possible to just swap your data with other datas.

Perhaps I'm wrong? Could you please write a patch tool otherwise, and how about a switch to remove the (very pretty) SUPER BOOSTER text? :-)

I know these things are not very important functionwise, but it feels kinda nice to have a personalised machine :)
