Depending what looks good on your monitor..
1.
928x704 at about 64Hz can be done, and it's the largest 4:3 correct mode above 60Hz ni as far as I know.
2.
If you have a forgiving monitor (such as a tft) you can do about 53Hz 1024x768 (or twice the frequency interlaced).
3.
For 800x608 about 75Hz ni or so is doable.
