Well this latest archive is 3 months old now. No problems are reported.
I think there are more than 3 CT60 users ;-)
Nevertheless I have tried under TOS with/without clock.cpx (36005 bytes) with the RTC setting and also the RTC replaced by the IKBD/Flash.
Maybe a bad IKBD or RTC clock. (old)... I need more informations about the config.
There are tests inside the Atari Diagnostics (CTRL-ALT-SHIFT-SHIFT during the boot picture) for test this chips (doc is inside the CT60.HYP).
