Hi samf,
The disk drive works OK on PC, because the ID of the drive is correct for the PC. On Falcon it sees it as drive B:
You need to look for a dip switch (or a jumper switch), that changes the ID of the disk drive from 1 to 0 (or was it from 0 to 1).
After changing the ID you need to make sure that the cable is inserted correctly.
If the led of the drive is constantly on, just turn the cable upside down, and it should work OK.
