Erm forgive me if im wrong, but doesnt the keyboard click get generated by the soundchip? I dont think this has anything to do with the DAC. If you load iphigenie you can get the keyclick (soundchip) to go straight to the headphones, turn off all sources to the audio matrix (put them all to ext input or something) to make sure. I think this is an audio component in the output. The only way to really check discrete components properly is to remove them or at least lift one end :-( though in your case you may get an idea what is wrong just using an ohm meter set to say 2K and watching how long it takes the caps to charge from the voltage that the meter gives out. It helps that you have left and right channels, so you should be able to spot a difference in the way the meter responds.
Really for this sort of work though, you need an oscilliscope.
