Well the best is trying from as bare setup as possible..
1. does it come to desktop with fdd and hdd disconnected (it will take a while) ?
If not - is the SDRAM inserted correctly? Is the 060 firmly in place? Is the ct60 set to f30_boost by the jumpers and you havn't done the solder install? Is the ATX supply fine, have you tried another one? Is the keyboard wires ok? I've seen falcons not boot with a bad keyboard cable.
2. if it arived at desktop without fdd/hdd. is the fdd ribbon cable inserted the right way? Is the fdd power supply inserted correctly?
3. if it works with only fdd connected, but not hdd. is the hdd ribbon cable correctly inserted? is the hdd power ok, have you measured it or tried another power source?
