yep, philipp, ide cable should be as short as possible...
i had problems with both CT2 andCT60...
now I have 3.5 quantum with cable 3 cm long, while
with 2.5 toshiba i had cable of 2.5 cms..
the transfer gets faster and its much more stable...
your drive could be too slow for multiple rw or maybe hddriver doesnßt work with it properly ;)
btw, adam, did you fix your falcon?
