Well, I discovered this by accident, normally you can only enable bus acc in 060 mode. The 3 pin boost connector:
Pin 1 - CT60 enable signal (coming from the big connector I think).
Pin 2 - Bus acc. enable/disable (input)
Pin 3 - GND.
So, if the jumper is at position 2-3 the bus acc. will always be disabled. If you move it to 1-2 then it will only be enabled in 060 mode. So, throw the jumper out and only use pin 2 and set it high/low to enable/disable bus acc.
No idea about CT63. :-(
