Hi Joe,
try to unplug the ct60 from Falcon, put the 'CPU enable' jumper on the Falcon CPU upgrade pins (you know, the marked place..).
Let the ct60 still power the falcon through the floppy cable. Maybe you want to place a paper magazine between ct60 and Falcon to prevent shorts.
Can you now boot into 030 mode? If yes, use your cable to flash boot1.03c, ABE and SDR (latest versions) again. Re-plug your ct60 and try again.
If you succeed, plug the SV.
Pressing both shift keys also may reset your NVRAM to sane values at boot, but i am not sure about this, maybe ctrl or alt have to be pressed, too.
