I was reading the readme.txt from Didier's tos_driver release Dec 2010.
it says the "DMA reading crashes system" & "DMA writing sometimes freeze system", but mention that "Bus mastering works for same reason".
I thought bus mastering controls the the bus and so allows for DMA.
So does that means as long as the PCI cards are doing the bus mastering, DMA works??
Or they are totally different things.
