Dude, c'mon... you certainly can unzip an archive! Yes it's possible 7-zip might not like archive produced by ST-ZIP, it's very simple to check this:
- download ZIP file (browser doesn't matter, I hope, if it does then I'd trash your whole PC ;-)
- run Hatari or Steem
- run ST-ZIP there
- depack it
- md5sum it
- transfer to Falcon
- md5sum it again
- flash
This *must* work.
