I don't know Superboot, I never used a boot program.
You get CTCM frequency error because your personnal setting with CT60CONF.CPX in not between 66 and 133 MHz (why I don't know), in this case the CTCM use the default frequency, here it's 90 MHz. It's better to have the default frequency at 66 MHz for start the machine, maybe it's the problem. If it's a frequency selected by Rodolphe it's abnormal and dangerous.
The computer use this frequency until the boot read the flash parameter and set your choice to the CTCM (when you see Atari logo).
When use the Falcon Videl output, you press CTRL or ALT or you remove the CTCPI ?
Because it's normal that the maximum frequency is reduced when the CTPCI is plugged on the CT60.
