For flash the TOS, since 2002 use Flash060.
For ctpci :http://ctcpi.atari.org.
.JED is for hardware (flash CPLD)
.BIN .HEX is for softwre (flash memory)
The latest Flash060 can also update the hardware (CT60/CTPCI).
