Try video=atafb:external:[xres];[yres];[bitdepth];t;[screenmem]
It is better described in section 4.1.6 of Documentation/m68k/kernel-options.txt in the kernel source.
You can run the kernel in fastRAM with this option.
The colours get wrong, but it works.
