It's fixed, the problem was also on my Radeon 9250 with the VGA output.
Automatic layout fix the problem. I havn't see the problem before because my VGA cable was not complete and also that DVI used.
Drivers are not a part of patches, patches are just for run TOS on 060 and add some features.
