Here are some snapshots of my Falcon motherboard installed in a CoolerMaster Cosmos 1000 tower case. The motherboard is installed vertically, with the rear connectors facing the rear of the case. I simply drilled and tapped a few new holes in the motherboard tray, to fit the mounting holes of the Falcon motherboard. I installed the lower part of the metal shielding from the Falcon case along with the motherboard, to provide a little more rigidity.
I've placed the motherboard as far forward as possible, and I hope I'll have room to fit the CTPCI slots next to the PCI brackets.
