I bought a cable from Rena Electronics in Canada, based on Rodolphe's suggestion. To use it with the Falcon, I had to move a wire from pin 13 to pin 10 of the DB25 connector; really simple since Rena uses a solder cup connector. The unmodified cable is $27.25 (CAD).

@FatRakoon: I could send you my modified and tested cable for the price of a new one plus shipping to you. Since I'm in Canada, you can probably get it cheaper from someone on your side of the pond, though...
