Perhaps it's not my place to say, but I think "easily" is subjective.
Without trying to answer for Rodolphe, I would guess that just about anything can be done if you program it. I've had success with the TT & Falcon Nova cards even though what I was doing was NOT supported.
Double buffering is trivial compared to the target video card's capabilities. And I would "guess" that vram is not a bottleneck.
My only concern would be the fact that I could not use this in a stock case. That's my ONLY concern.
