Posted by: Rodolphe Mar,17.2004-12:15

ou told me an address problem !!! Not a problem from me !
And, as usual with all previous package I received from all around the world
(I repair atari main boards), I always received a paper from customs when
they stopped a packet !
I received nothing from them !

As you recall, I offered to update your order
> per your request and re-ship. We did this months ago, and I assumed

and my emails ???

We did receive communication from your US associate,

US associate ????? I have no associate...
Who is it ?

but we

In 2003/2004, it is difficut to not be awared immediatly with emails !!

Not the correct word !! The word is TOTAL SILENT from you !!

we assumed that you had finally
> received your order.

You assumed ???!!! with 1728 $ you should do better than assuming !!
And again, my fax and emails after this period ???
Where were you ???
I noticed that your web page changed, why ?
Why is there now a login & password ??
Something to hide ???

send back my money !
I do not need the 060 and after 6 months, it is too late to react to my
emails !

We are willing to absorb the cost of

I will and if I find it I will send back it to you : I want my money !

I will as I proposed you above...but I need explanations about the total
black out to my emails & fax !!
It is this attitude that let me think what I spread about you !

March 2003 : a complaint is registered at Connecticut BBB !!
check here : http://www.connecticut.bbb.org/
And explain me ...

It is possible...but what would somebody think about you when you give no
sign of life from october to March !
And after december, when you saw my public complain, why did you not tried
to contact me and get some explanation about what I was doing ?? especially
if you were thinking I received the packet !
You were waiting for me to write you again now in March 2004 ???!!!
Incredibely bad !

I accept if I get back my money.
The previous shipping where by UPS !
Why this time was it my classic post mail ???
You took no insurrance ???
For 1728 $ ?? ! You are crazy or what ??
I'm not responsable for that...

THE RESPONS THIS DAY :

Rodolphe,
I'm sure that Philip is going to respond to you, but I would like to have
my ownresponse. 1'st of all You are totally out of line. You have not
attempted to contact usonce since we resent the package.
2'nd of all It explicitly says on our site that you will be responsible
for shiping chargesafter ground mail. You never asked for anything
else..this is your fault
and you canlet all your customers know.
3'rd of all I highly suggest that you stop what I'm guessing are physical
threats(people looking for Philip) . This is for two reasons: 1) it
sounds pathetic andthere is nothing scary about it 2) the Better Business
Bureau will not
look fondly onyour side of the story if you are offering physical threats.
4'th)On the subject of the Better Business Bureau, there are two sides to
every storyand I'm sure that they will understand that you have no real
argument when
they seethat the mailing difficulty is attributed your overestimation of
your
country's mail byonly providing the standard fee for ground shipping.
5'th)( and the final point ) we offered to send you the cpu's again. We
are also outthe same amount of money as the cpu's never came back to us. It
is not our
responsibility to let us know that you got the chips(that point is
rediculous, pleasestop and think twice about what you are saying) I see
that Philip was
trying tomaintain a relationship with his offer, but as his 50/50 partner I
will
reccomend to himthat on the part of a lack of communication from you and
your failure to
try and getyour package from the french Postal system that we assume that
you refuse
the offerfor the cpu's and will now offer nothing as compensation for your
errors.
(there areno tracking numbers for the delivery type you got, you should know
that...after all itwas your money)
Now that you understand(though I'm sure you don't want to)that you are in
the wrongI suggest that you stay out of chat groups with our business name
as I
promise toreturn the same fire with a much more credible story.
I truly am sorry that you were never able to acquire the chips, but as you
can see ifyou had approached this situation with more professional and
timely
behavior thismay not have happened. I would still try and find out if there
is a
package floatingaround in[...]
