HD-Driver 7.92 F030/Ct60/66/48/24
MiNt 1.15**12 (N.aes, Thing)

Yes I have my own Ct60 now. Rudolphe has had the pleasure to fit it in my motherboard with solders. All works very fine and I am most lucky. But now the Problems: The IDE connect are well on 24 MHz bus. The Scsi-connect (Iomega ZIP extern) is well too with file or DATA-transfer up to around 130 kB in Thing-copy or Kobold. Bigger datatransfers crashs by read data via scsi-dev. But rpm -Uhv file.rpm direct from scsi-dev works very good. I have follow catches: HD-Driver 10/10/100, Mint 512 kB, Thing Copy-catch 512 kB, Kobold 80% of RAM. Less catch gives no help.

The trick is to enable the flag "Copybuffer in ST-Ram only" in Kobold and copy via Kobold with more than 130 kB or 10 files. It works fine. No crashes. You can copy a 100 MB ZIP on one tour via Scsi-device. Only very big tar-files about 33 MB, or that EasyMint-tars, gives Scsi-read-Error, up to the scsi-timeout hangs the machine.

Looks like I nead a clockpatch?

Goli
