Yes, many changes. That could be a reason.
I need to look through my documentation for AUTO order for the Magic files.
I have patched the RAM file from fresh and also I am using the 3 files supplied on the CT63 Archive and they are patched ( I hope - I did them again ) and they seem to be ok enough in 030 mode to boot up fully to the desktop, but I dont get past Hd Driver starting up for the second time in 060 mode.
