Ok, I have tried going to a different Hard Disk, and I have also tried Compact Flash but the error continues.
The thought that Data may have corrupted earlier on and therefore, bad files may be causing it, and I have tried to go back to an older Backup, but Im still unable to resolve.
I will next however, try out a new IDE cable, and a shorter one than I am using ( currently 9" )
No other hardware accel is being used.
