nobody needs 1 m cable :) For many users, including me, becomes this IDE problem visible with using of ct60 -- I for example was using normal IDE cable with no problem but with ct60+ethernat, the length of cable became critical, so nice to hear it shouldn't cause problems anymore with that new IDE on ctpci...
btw, do you suggest there's some workaround for standard (on mb) IDE? is there some documentation on this subject? (where/what resistors, what exactly it fixes etc...) I'd LOVE to have that IDE transfers stabilized on my second falcon (with no ctpci but with ct60+ethernat).
