060 card is unplugged out of pins, but power is in. (Power is in CT060 and coming theres to motherboard, like needet.)
Other text say "excepted if...", so i understand it means Unplugged CT OR chip needed and if chip used, then unplugging not needed. Is this right, or i´m understand it wrong?
I can update tos, but no abe or sdr, so i thing it´s still cable.
