The Compact Flash Adapter using the 8GB SanDisk Ultra II gives me 6.6
Using the Integral ( 1GB ) and the Verbatim ( 4GB ), both show me 6.5
My 8GB IBM 2.5" HD shows me 6.0
So, various speeds with various drives, but all are over 6MB/s
It shows too because the whole systems runsvery well, disk access is very quick, apps etc load blisteringly quick and noticably quicker than in the past.
