Im having a similar issue myself when trying to sort out my issues, and I have been able to run the CPX just fine, it seems but on clicking OK it bombs to the desktop.
While there are programs out there to clear the Falcons NVRAM settings, is there one for the CT6x RAM ?
That would certainly be useful for some of us I recon.
