Hi Cyprian!
You can compile runtos for Windows - I've added the .exe file inside the zip.
And in theory it can also run other TOS applications - but not all TOS calls are supported - only those that ASM56000.PRG needs.
There's also NO filename translation, no C: etc. So it really depends on the program.
