I can confirm this on macOS as well (at least with v1.6b). It looks like a regression, if it's intentional or not, who knows. It might have simplified the motorola syntax module a bit.
But for a vasm project to build on Windows, it would need if's for every incbin and include, which is pretty bad :-/
