I'm not familiar neither with 030 nor with cache but in the second case you have two additional "movem.l d1-d4/a0-a3,-(a6)". That instruction needs to push 8 logwords onto stack. If I remember correctly, in case of Falcon 16bit bus, write one longword take 8 cycles (2*4 cycles). Therefore, that two movem.l should take at least 128 cycles (8 longwords * 8 cycles * 2 movem.l).
