DMA sound + timer A |

Hi,
I encounter a little problem while trying to detect the end of a sound played on Falcon with the DMA.
I ear my sound correctly.
I start it like this :
move.w #$41,$ffff8900.w ; Play sound ; Timer_A int at end of sample
I've redirected $134 (Timer A ?) to my own code (I want to start a second sound at the end of the first one).
It seems I never reach my timerA function.
Is there something special to know here ?
