Oh yes but you have to count the "saving" instruction too, wich means
drawing routine:
move.l a0,(a1)+ ; 3nop (store screen adresse)
clearing routine:
move.l (a0)+,a1 3nops
move.w d0,(a1) 2nops
total is 32cycles! Better use the patching move.w dn,x(an) to get more speed
