hey guys
i'm being real dumb and rather than investigate fully, i thought i'd take the lazy route and post my troubles here ;)
basically tried to throw in a timer-b lower border rout into my demo.. I install a vbl and that's being executed.. but the timer b i attempt to install in the vbl isnt..

i've tried massaging the sr, but the timer b rout is just not being triggered.
so what am i forgetting this time?!!!
