How can I make a sync-lock timer b work on the very last scanline of the screen when 8 lines above this I've altered the video counter to display something and further above that I'm using the STE hardware scrolling?
I'm still having trouble getting this lower-border routine working 100% and this is the only way I can see to get a 100% lower-border routine working.
