Basicly it's like Spectrum 512 but using a blitter pass instead of move.l (an)+,(an). It's a bit faster, 8 cycles per colour so the Sector One displayer manages 56 colours per scanline opposed to 48 for Spectrum.

The blitter is cycle-exact, with exception that on Mega STe, starting a blitter pass is 4 cycles slower than on regular STe.

And the blitter hogs the bus when working, so the CPU can't fetch new instructions meanwhile.
