I think you are right about the 65/56 issue, luckily hscroll is very seldomly used on the Falcon so nobody ever noticed this bug, and saving/restoring the ST colour havn't done any harm either.
And about 64/65, I know it makes a difference on STe, Mr Styckx know the details better than me as he has written the emulation for it in Hatari :)
