In a sence, running BasiliskII natively seems to be more a matter of patching the Mac ROM & MacOS rather than actually emulating anything.
AFAIK the biggest problem is the location of the TOS system variables; MacOS needs this space for other stuff, thus preventing any use of gemdos/bios/xbios etc.
I don't know how FreeMiNT handles this, but I suspect there is no nice workaround..
This complicates stuff like accessing the native filesystem etc.
There are many MacOS applications and older games which would work great on a 060.
Probably impossible, but running MagicMac in Basilisk on a CT60 would be quite silly.
